Concentric Pipe With Pipe Drilling Tool System

The concentric casing drilling tool system consists of an ingenious, simple concentric circle method that is drilled by covering the casing. The concentric casing tool system can drill holes at any angle, including horizontal, to depths of more than 100 meters. As an efficient drill bit system, the system consists of the following components:

Drill bits (with huge drains and troughs inside)

Ring drill bit (with an internal bayonet to connect with pilot bit)

Pipe shoe (for connecting the drill bit to the casing)

Different pilot drill tail shanks can be connected to common down-the-hole impactors or threaded to the top hammer drill pipe

The pipe shoe is welded to the casing. The pilot drill and the ring drill are locked together by a bayonet coupling. Pilot bits and ring bits will drill a hole into which a foot casing enters. Pilot bits and ring bits rotate continuously while working, but the pipe shoe and casing do not rotate at this time. When the drilling depth is reached, the connection between the pilot drill and the ring drill bit is unlocked by a slight counter-rotation. The entire drill tool system, such as the pilot bit and the connected impactor drill pipe, will be removed and recovered through the casing, and the ring bit and pipe shoe will remain in the hole for a long time. In the same way, the ring drill bit and pipe shoe can also be removed and recycled by special design.
